What are the natures of Pokémon
Natures are an attribute that was introduced in third-generation Pokémon. This attribute reflects individual personality from each of them. This means that even though two different Pokémon belong to the same species, they can have natures that are totally different. This characteristic also adds even more varieties and differences between individuals of the same species.
Natures are something that can be check on status screen of each of the beasts. Also, it is good to know that these natures are something that influence all the characteristics of said individual (Attack, Special Attack, Speed, Defense, Special Defense and Health Points). So they are something of great importance in the game, because they determine many aspects about each individual.
The eggs we hatch in Pokémon they can also inherit the natures of their parents. - Audacious (Brave): favors attack and impairs speed.
- Rogue (Naughty): favors attack but impairs special defense.
- Cautious (Careful): favors the special defense but impairs the special attack.
- Placida (Relaxed): favors defense but impairs speed.
- Docile (Docile): Neutral.
- Rare (Quirky): Neutral.
- Firm (Adamant): favors the attack but impairs the special attack.

Natures Effects
Natures have an effect or influence on characteristics of Pokémon, as we have said before. It can affect their attacks, defenses, food or more aspects of it, that is, it is something that will determine many aspects of each of the individuals, something that makes it essential that we always keep in mind the nature of each of these individuals .
It is something that mainly affects the growth of your statistics. Depending on its nature, the Pokémon will develop some statistics more than others. But this is something that also depends on the nature in question, because there are some that are neutral, that have no effect on its characteristics, so they will not produce changes in the evolution they have. The increase of a statistic is usually 10%, as well as its decrease, in the case of those characteristics that are negatively affected by nature.
In the most recent editions of the game you can see now which statistics go up and which ones go down as a consequence of its nature. The stat that is benefiting by its nature and that is going to grow is normally displayed in a reddish color, while the one that is going to decrease is shown in blue. - Complete the main story and rise as Champion of Galar.
- Then you have to overcome the additional story that is activated after seeing the credits for the first time.
- Unlock access to the Battle Tower in Topo City.
- Mints can be purchased at the counter on the left. We have to pay 50 battle points for them.
